Registered Auditor / Audit Director

To enable KCM Consultants to hold a UAE audit licence and sign UAE statutory audits in its own name. Finalisation is presently routed through a collaborating audit firm, with KCM carrying out the field work and working papers.

• Hold registration as a practising auditor with the UAE Ministry of Economy and act as signing auditor for KCM's UAE engagements.
• Review and finalise audit files prepared by KCM teams in Dubai and India.
• Own audit quality control, documentation standards and independence procedures.
• Manage the transition of finalisation work away from the collaborating firm.
• Over time, build out a full audit practice, including team, methodology and tooling.
• Where the candidate has market connects, contribute to client origination.

• Registered practising auditor in the UAE with a valid licence (mandatory).
• 5 years or more in UAE statutory audit.
• Comfortable operating in a small, early-stage practice supported by an offshore team.

All three of the following models are acceptable.

• Licence and limited time: approximately one-third time involvement, no practice building expected.
• Full time, operational: runs the audit function without a business development mandate.
• Full time with origination: fixed plus variable linked to work brought in.
