About the role
This role has two distinct variants, and both are open: Variant A, origination; and Variant B, brand and visibility. Service lines: audit, corporate tax, VAT, succession planning and transaction structuring.
Variant A: Origination
A senior professional who joins with a following and converts it.
- Bring and convert client relationships across one or more service lines.
- Expected to produce results within three to six months.
- Fixed compensation plus a variable component tied to work originated.
Variant B: Brand and visibility
Not a book-of-business hire.
- Build KCM's visibility in the UAE through private client events, paid seminars, conference presence and trade sponsorships.
- Own the events calendar, speaking slots and sponsorship decisions.
- Position the firm's specialists rather than sell directly.
Candidate profile
- Established network in the UAE professional services or private client market.
- Comfortable on the commercial side.
