Wealth Advisory
Holistic investment & wealth advice for UAE-based investors having or looking to build exposure to India.
Overview
If you are based in the UAE and want or already have exposure to India, the advice presently on offer usually falls short in some ways. Local wealth managers rarely cover Indian markets in any depth, and most India-facing product sellers earn commission from the product originator on what they recommend resulting in a conflict of interest, which is not the case with an independent advice given in your best interest. We are a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser in India, so we advise on Indian investments on a fee-only basis, with no commission and no product bias, while we also handle the cross-border and tax side that otherwise is left to you.
We work with NRIs, persons of Indian origin and family offices in the UAE who hold, or want to build, a meaningful India allocation.

What we do
Advice and Allocation
Our advice is given under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, which is what allows us to advise NRIs and persons of Indian origin on Indian securities. We are paid only by you, never by a product provider, so each recommendation is driven by your goals and risk profile rather than by what pays a commission. You get a documented investment policy, suitability-tested recommendations and ongoing review. Please refer regulatory disclosures on our India website

How we work
Engagements are partner-led. The investment & wealth advice is provided by our partner who is a SEBI-registered investment adviser in India, while our UAE team handles the relationship and the cross-border and tax work.
